This information was used to track performance, correct pricing and decide on marketing strategies. Madeline supervised the transition of a call center from BPO to a wholly owned and operated call center which included negotiating contracts, establishing workforce management protocols, and supervising the operations of the facility. In addition, she coordinated organization-wide efforts to ensure that KPI’s were met and quality improvement programs developed using a data-driven focus that set priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives.
